Are you specialized in Italian Cuisine by the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners (ICIF)? Costigliole d? Ast, Italy; graduate degree in Business Management and Administration from Fundação Dom Cabral (BH); and a degree in Gastronomy from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi (SP).

His professional career includes experience in Italy, where he worked at the restaurant Piccolo Lago (two Michelin stars), in the Piedmont region, and in São Paulo, where he worked with Argentine Paola Carosella. In the capital of Minas Gerais, he was Chief Instructor of Senac Minas and Chef de Cuisine of the restaurant and buffet A Favorita for seven years.
